The Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard Issue 3
The Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard Issue 3 has now been published, with facility audits commencing August 1, 2019. Issue 3 provides increased clarity to service providers and customers, better alignment with international regulations, new practical learnings, together with more detailed guidance on oats, the grains supply chain, risk assessments to better determine internal sampling plans and analytical testing. Training for Version 3 is mandatory requirement for all GFCP Approved Training Providers (ATPs), Auditors and Customers.
